We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

CAN I SHIP AN ORDER TO A PO BOX?
No P.O. boxes please. We ship only to valid physical, residential and business addresses.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.

RETURNS:

To be eligible a return must meet our standards below:

• Merchandise must be returned within two weeks upon receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Required receipt of purchase.
• No Refunds, exchange only on sale items, unless item noted FINAL SALE
• All Sale items that are 60% off or more are final sale.
• Customer is responsible for return shipment
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Sample Sale items are final sale
• Returns may take 7-10 business days to process on our end, thank you for your patience.
• If you are shipping an item over $75 or more, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your return item and are not responsible if the item gets lost on its way back.
• Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days of receipt. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us ( usually 3-5 business days).
• Buy one get one promotion are only eligible for item exchange. Refunds are only available if both items of buy one get one are returned in time frame.
